Our Partners:

Ray Sahab Singh (FCA, B.Sc) – Senior Partner

Ray Sahab Singh is a Senior Chartered Accountant and started his practice in the year 1998 becoming the founding partner of the firm Ray Singh & Co. He has his expertise in direct taxation matters especially in Search & Seizure consultancy and Survey consultancy, Settlement Commission, Real Estate Consultancy, transfer of property cases, management audit advisory, and legal documentation.

He handles and represents clients in relation to direct taxation matters, before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Settlement Commission.

Varun Singh (ACA, B.Com) – Junior Partner

Varun Singh is a practicing Chartered Accountant and became a partner of Ray Singh & Co. in the year 2020. He provides consultancy in direct taxation and company law. He provides consultancy in direct taxation matters especially in search & seizure and Survey cases. He is also involved in internal audit, statutory audit and tax audit. He handles and represents clients in relation to direct taxation matters, at assessment and Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) level.

Surabhi Singh (ACA, B.Com) – Junior Partner

Surabhi Singh is a practicing Chartered Accountant and became a partner of Ray Singh & Co. in the year 2020. She provides consultancy in international taxation, transfer pricing and direct tax. She does department representation in direct taxation matters at assessment and Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) level. She is also involved in internal audit, statutory audit and tax audit.
